To be a member, you must be a legal resident of the United States or Canada, and 18 years of age or older. Please note that some merchants may not sell or ship to Canada. We have not control over where the merchants ship, and their shipping policies. Their individual policies will be disclosed at their respective web sites.

To become a GetUrGadget.com member, go to our Sign-Up Page and follow our directions. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. It is our goal to make your time on our service beneficial to all of us.

There is no fee to join our service. Membership is not required to use our web site. You can start purchasing anytime! To benefit from our commission, referral and flat fee bonuses, you must SIGN UP. We must receive your membership application BEFORE commissions and flat fees will be paid for your participation. In the case of referrals, you must be a member in good standing at the time your referral signs up or you forfeit your bonus. If you are not a member, you will not receive any compensation by using our service.

The Membership Form must be complete or it will delay your membership. You will receive a Welcome email from us to either accept or deny your membership. If you do not receive an email from us, this is because you either gave us an incorrect email address or your email was considered spam. Contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email from us.

Your Membership ID is your email address. You will need to reply to our inquiry of membership before it becomes active, so please use a valid email address. You must also use this email address when requested by merchants and making purchases. This might be required in the case of correctly identifying you and tracking your participation. If you use a different email address, your claim to any commission or payout will be denied. There are NO exceptions.

GetUrGadget.com is not responsible for any problems or interferences that may cause your computer to loose connection with any merchant during the time of purchase. You should receive an order confirmation after making your purchase - if you do not please contact the merchant.

A merchant may refuse to ship or provide a product or service to you because of previous history, credit issues, or any other reason they may not wish to complete a transaction with you. This is at their discretion and we have no control of their policies or transaction requirements.

Membership may be canceled without restitution or refund if you are not of legal age to make a purchase, you are not authorized to make a purchase (legal or illegal), the merchant receives a charge back therefore canceling a commission, a commission is revoked for any reason, or item is not accepted during shipment and returned to merchant.

Membership may be canceled by GetUrGadget.com if you are not a resident of the United States and her territories, or Canada. Please note that some companies may, or may not, ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or Porto Rico, or may do so at additional cost and . This is at their discretion and we have no control over their policies.

A merchant may cancel or defer an order where a product or service has been discontinued or is out-of-stock without our knowledge. You do not receive any payouts on products or services you did not receive. We strive to keep all listings current – that’s our job! And to keep you happy - that’s our mission!

GetUrGadget.com may cancel your membership, to include any commissions, bonuses or fees that are due, if we find you are in violation of our service, do not participate as we have outlined, try to do harm or sabotage our services, participating merchants, the officers and employees, or other members and/or participants in any manner.

To help us keep track of your purchase, you agree to clear cookies before accessing our service, and have cookies enabled. This is will not harm your computer, and Geturgadget.com or it’s affiliates will not put anything on your computer to cause harm. Enabling cookies is simply a way to keep a log of what you do while on our service and our merchants. If our affiliations are not able to track your order, then we do not get paid, and hence, neither will you. Please contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns.

Privacy Policy: Geturgadget.com does not sell, share, trade, or give out your personal information including email addresses to anyone. Any information we gather is held in strict confidence. We cannot speak for our affiliates, and have no control of what their privacy policies.

We may update or revise this document if necessary. A date is posted at the top of this document, and any time any changes, revisions, updates, and exclusions are made, the new date will be posted.

As a member of our service, you agree to our program as posted in our Membership Information page, which may also be updated, changed, or revised as necessary.
